round will begin at 7:00 pm
January 5 (Monday) – Troop Initial Order due in SMART COOKIES –
once submitted information cannot be changed.
January 6 – Digital Cookies opens for set-up only
January 9 – Direct Ship (only) sales begin.
January 20 – Online Sales open – Direct ship and Girl Delivery

January 21-January 24 – Cookie Delivery to Troops – contact
your SUCC for dates, times, and locations in your area
January 24 (Saturday) – Cookie Program Begins
January 28 – Cookie Cupboards open – check our cupboard

January 30 (Friday) – Booth Opportunities begins (all types,
virtual, in-person, drive-thru)
February 4 (Wednesday) – ACH Draft #1 – 25% of all cookies on
troops initial order placed by January 12.
February 18 (Wednesday) – ACH Draft #2 – 50% of all cookies
picked up by or transferred to Troops as of 2/13/26
February 20-22 – National Cookie Weekend
March 4 (Wednesday) – ACH Draft #3 – 75% of all
cookies picked up by or transferred to Troops as of 2/27/26
March 9-15 – National Girl Scout Week – Paint Your Town Green!
March 16 (Monday) – Girl Scout Cookie Program ends
March 19 (Thursday) – Review/Print Troop Balance Summary,
verify payments and transfers, allocate all cookies to girls
March 21 (Saturday) – Final Girl and Troop rewards due in SMART
COOKIES - all Troops, including opt-out Troops
March 25 (Wednesday) – Final ACH – 100% due to Council
for all cookies ordered by and transferred to Troops
End April/May
– Rewards delivered to SU representative for distribution
