Form Daisy Troops
Daisy Buddies is a troop formation initiative designed to bring together families with graduating Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten girls so they can start new Girl Scout Daisy troops together.
By the end of the Daisy Buddies meetings, families are ready to begin meeting as their own Girl Scout Daisy troop since Kindergarten is the first year to join Girl Scouts.
Families register for Daisy Buddies whenever they are ready to begin. Once registered, they begin receiving program materials and updates.
Each Daisy Buddy receives a Welcome Activity Packet, Daisy Launch Calendar, and What Do Daisies DO? booklet to begin exploring Girl Scouts at home.
Girls & caregivers attend 4 staff-led Daisy Buddies meetings designed to make friends, introduce Girl Scout traditions, and prepare for troop launch.
The goal of the initiative is clear: bring families together and form brand-new Girl Scout Daisy troops in the community.
