Every fall, Girl Scouts in California’s Central Coast have the opportunity to fund unforgettable experiences by participating in the Fall Product Program. Through this fun and easy-to-manage program, girls reach out to family and friends to take orders for chocolates, nuts, magazines, BarkBox subscriptions , personalized items and brand-new scented candles – available exclusively online.

Along the way, Girl Scouts build five essential skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. It's a bold kickoff to a year made for exploring!
The Fall Product Program is designed for easy participation and troops get a head start on funding their activities for the year.

Tervis is back for Fall Product 2026! 🍂 We’re thrilled to welcome these fan-favorite tumblers into this year’s lineup—better than ever and ready for every adventure. Whether you’re sipping pumpkin spice lattes under colorful autumn leaves or enjoying ice-cold cider after a day of exploring, these durable, stylish tumblers are the perfect sidekick. *Shipping costs for customers will be $7.99 for the first tumbler, 5.99 per tumbler for the second and third purchased, and an additional $1.00 for each additional tumbler!

BARKBox is Back! 🐾 Calling all bold and brilliant Girl Scouts—it’s time to kick off another paws-itively amazing Fall Product Sales season with BarkBox! This year, you’ll be helping pet lovers spoil their furry friends with specially curated boxes packed with tail-wagging toys and drool-worthy treats. And guess what? We’ve got five different box options, so every pup can find their perfect match. This is your moment to flex those super seller skills, share some joy, and make tails everywhere wag with delight. Ready, set, sell—let’s make this season a howling success!

Candles! These candles make the perfect holiday gift—warm, thoughtful, and something everyone can enjoy. ✨ Choose from cozy scents like Banana Nut Bread, Gourmet Sugar Cookie, and Holiday Homecoming, or go for fresh favorites such as Juicy Apple, Lavender Vanilla, and Orange Cinnamon Clove. Each candle is $29.95 plus shipping, and they’re sure to bring comfort and cheer to any home.

Why do a fall product program?
It’s quick, it's easy, and it’s a fun way to help your troop/group earn those much-needed start-up funds. Earn money for registration, troop materials, etc. Plus, the program offers some fun rewards!
What rewards can Girl Scouts earn this year?
Can our troop opt out of rewards?
Yes, troops have the option to opt out of rewards for the fall product program this year. Troops who choose to opt out of rewards will receive 21% of all items sold in troop proceeds. Girls will still earn patches.
What are the troop training dates for the 2026 GSCCC Fall Product Program?
Troops will be trained on August 12th and 14th at 6:30pm via Zoom and through gsLearn starting on August 17. To register, click here. If you have any questions, contact Customer Care at info@girlscoutsccc.org or (800) 822-2427.
What Trophy Nut products are available for this year’s program?
When is the initial order period?
Initial order-taking begins August 17.
When and where is the initial order delivery?
Initial order delivery is October 1 – October 13. Locations vary by region, and you will be informed of your location by your Fall Service Unit Coordinator.
Why am I getting a Prop 65 warning when I place an online nut/candy order?
Propsition 65 is a California law that requires a "clear and reasonable warning" to consumers for products that contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For details, click here.
Will we use a software system for ordering, calculating sales, and girl recognitions?
Yes, the software system is called M2OS. It can handle nut, magazine, specialty items and personalized product orders.
Will an ACH (Automatic Clearing House) system to collect funds be due to council?
Yes, the debit will be on November 2nd, so make sure you have sufficient funds to cover the amount due at least seven days before this debit date. Processing times for deposits vary; do not wait until the day before the debit is scheduled to deposit money into your troop account; you should be depositing promptly and frequently and encouraging your parents to be turning over funds they/their daughter have/has collected promptly and frequently.
If I am a Juliette, can I still participate in the fall program?
Yes. Reach out to our council Product Program Juliette Liaison, Michelle K. she will get your started on your adventure.
Will there be a fall Care to Share program?
Yes, customers may make monetary donations (in $10 increments). GSCCC will then purchase nuts to be sent to local emergency personnel and military personnel.
What about the magazine, Tervis Tumblers, Barkbox, personailized stationery and candles portion of the sale?
All of these items are online only sales and shipped directly to your customers. When a girl (with her adult) sets up her storefront in M2OS she will be emailing family and friends about her sale. A link in that email will direct her customers to her store fronts where they can choose to order any items from her store. Troops receive 20% of all items sold.
