This program benefits Girl Scout troops and council while supporting the patriotic campaign care packages sent to members of the armed forces serving overseas, or local members of emergency personnel services, or those in need.
How Care to Share Works:
- Girl Scouts collect $6 donations and turn in the money to their troop, indicating Cookie Share or Donated Cookies on the order card.
- All Cookie Share donations council-wide are tallied, and then GSCCC makes one large delivery of cookies from our warehouses to the partner organizations of all the participating Girl Scouts.
- Donated packages count towards girls' sales totals and rewards, benefiting the troop and care to share recipients.
