Power of Produce: Farm Adventure in San Luis Obispo County
Get ready to dig in and discover where your food really comes from! During this hands-on farm experience, Girl Scouts will explore regenerative agriculture practices that help care for the land while growing healthy, delicious food. Girls will meet friendly sheep and chickens, enjoy a guided taste tour of fresh farm-grown produce, and roll up their sleeves for a fun farm project. The adventure wraps up with harvesting fresh fruits and vegetables to take home!
Perfect for Girl Scouts of all ages, this immersive farm tour connects girls to the land, their food, and the power they have to make healthy, sustainable choices in their own communities. All participants will earn the Power of Produce Patch.
