In this empowering badge program, Seniors will explore important topics in women’s health, from physical and mental wellness to reproductive health and self-advocacy. Scouts will learn how to take care of their bodies, understand changes during adolescence and adulthood, explore the science behind cycles and hormones, and discover how to access reliable health resources. Through open discussions, interactive activities, and myth-busting facts, girls will leave with greater confidence in making informed decisions and supporting one another on their wellness journeys.
