Take a moment to pause, breathe, and focus with Mindful Me! In this program, Girl Scouts will explore ways to care for their minds and bodies, discovering techniques to reduce stress, increase focus, and build emotional resilience. Girls will learn how mindfulness can help them stay present, notice their thoughts and feelings, and respond thoughtfully to challenges in everyday life.
