Body Appreciation Badge Programs are all about helping girls see their bodies in a whole new way. It guides Girl Scouts to appreciate everything their bodies can do—from breathing and thinking to running, dancing, and creating. Through fun, age-appropriate, and progressive activities, Girl Scouts build confidence, practice self-care, and start lifelong habits that support both physical and emotional well-being.
