Build an Engineer Day is an exciting, in-person event to introduce middle school students to various engineering fields through teaching basic concepts and hands-on projects. Middle school students will be invited to the Cal Poly Campus, where they will attend several activities hosted by engineering clubs on campus.
There will also be Parent Education Programming (PEP) which focuses on providing information to parents regarding how they can support and impact the students’ life and learn more about engineering! We would like to invite you and your school’s students to join in this great adventure of expanding STEM to the younger generation.
This is not a Girl Scout specific event. All middle school aged girls are welcome to attend!
Snacks and lunch will be provided.
