Yoga with Yenly (S/A) Online

This class invite students to become more self-aware through breathing, yoga poses, and mindfulness. This is a fun and relaxing 45 minutes class. Students will learn breathing exercises, yoga poses, games, and dances.

Students will develop strength, flexibility, and balance in their minds and bodies. Yoga helps you to improve your health and fitness. Through breathing, yoga poses, games, students will implement yoga in their lives. Students will receive a fun patch upon completion of the class.
