Join fellow Senior girls for a fun hands-on and interactive workshop!

Join Haley, California State University Monterey Bay Kinesiology student, in earning your Practice with Purpose Badge. 

Girls will complete all five steps of the Athlete Legacy badge:

  1. set your cross-training goal
  2. start a stretching & flexibility program
  3. add a cardio element
  4. add a toning & strengthening element
  5. stay motivated

Fee: Girls: $20, includes program and badge
