Girls and families are invited to help care for nature along the Santa Margarita School Learning Among the Oaks (LATO) Trail and the Gateway to Nature learning landscapes. We'll be planting and caring for oaks and the native plant community + spreading mulch.
Each family will need to complete a Santa Margarita Ranch liability waiver (for work on the LATO trail), provided at the event. A parent must attend with child or make arrangements to complete waiver ahead of time (email). Participants must wear closed-toe shoes.
Optional: Nature hike and BYO picnic lunch on LATO Trail.
