Everybody Can Dance invites all Girl Scouts to participate in our production of the Nutcracker Ballet and earn a fun patch & badge. There are two workshops that you can choose from. There is the BASIC Dance Badge Workshop and also the EXTRA FUN Dance Badge Workshop (Girl Scout Dancer Badge not included) you can decided which one fits your schedule. Come and enjoy the experience of dancing on stage to the beautiful music of Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Ballet.
Just join our rehearsals already in progress and learn how to dance Sugar Mountain Princesses, Horse Soldiers, Little Pine Trees, Chinese, and Mother Gigone's Cookies. Older Dancers will be placed according to the Artistic Director's discretion. Everybody CAN Dance!
BASIC DANCE BADGE WORKSHOP: $35.00
- Includes 2 free lessons, 1 rehearsal with Santa Maria Civic Ballet, Guest attendance at final dress rehearsal for Nutcracker, 1 ticket to Nutcracker performance
EXTRA FUN DANCE BADGE WORKSHOP: $60.00
- Includes everything from basic workshop PLUS free lessons in all of October and November, all rehearsals with Santa Maria Civic Ballet, perform on stage at the Clark Center with Santa Maria Civic Ballet, thank you in the program with a photo of the girls in their costumes
