Join other leaders in this interactive class to learn about running a Brownie troop!
Through this training adult volunteers will discover what the Girl Scout Leadership Experience is and how to deliver these experiences at the
grade-level which they are currently leading. An overview of grade-level resources will be presented, including the uniform standards, Girl Guide and Journeys for the grade-level. Behavioral characteristics and management technics will be discussed as well as how to deliver a girl-led Girl Scout Program. In addition, learn about best practices for troop meetings, including important Girl Scout traditions and the use of kaper charts.
