Director of Mission Delivery - Ventura, CA

The Director of Mission Delivery will spearhead the development of a comprehensive, multifunctional, integrated, and strategic plan for girl and volunteer member program engagement and the volunteer and girl experience. A key member of the Leadership Team, the Director of Mission Delivery participates in setting strategic program direction and implementing local and national initiatives. Developing and implementing a sustainable, scalable mission delivery model that enables GSCCC to significantly increase the number of girls participating in Girl Scouting's leadership development programs is a primary responsibility of this position. Learn more.

Program Specialist - San Luis Obispo, CA

The Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) program and is responsible for developing and delivering (directly or indirectly) activities that meet GSLE outcomes. They will develop program plans in support of the council’s strategic business goals and makes recommendations regarding short and long-term program development and its delivery. They will collaborate with other staff, volunteers, and program partners to develop a comprehensive plan for program enrichment and delivery, membership growth and retention, and volunteer engagement and development. Learn more.

Program Specialist: Equine - Camp Arnaz

The Equine Program Specialist is responsible for the facilitation of horse program opportunities and support systems that meet the needs of girls K-12, including fall, spring and summer day or resident camp horseback riding programs, as well as herd maintenance. Under the supervision of the Director of Equine, they are responsible for providing and administering a quality Girl Scout horse experience program to girls in an outdoor setting.
