Marketing Associate - Ventura

The Marketing Associate is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the council’s image and brand. The incumbent takes a lead role in creating, implementing and managing strategies for public relations, communications, and written media promoting Girl Scouts to internal and external audiences, using all forms of media available to increase girl and adult membership and gain financial and community support. Fund Development Liason - San Luis Obispo, Castroville, or Ventura

The Fund Development Community Liaison is responsible for providing expert logistics, administrative and clerical support as a member of the Fund Development team.  This includes auction management, database management and reporting, sponsorship activation activities, event logistics, communications and being the go-to member of the team who proactively anticipates needs and stays ahead of project timelines.  The overall objective and driving force for this position is to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to maximize customer retention and an enhanced donor and volunteer experience. Learn more.

Membership & Troop Specialist - Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Castroville

The Membership & Troop Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to increase awareness and participation in Girl Scouting through a variety of in-person meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities with community organizations, corporations, schools, educators, faith-based intuitions and other community constituents. Successfully converts leads of interested individuals into registered girl and adult members. She/he is responsible for securing girl and adult volunteer participation and community partnerships through community cultivation, lead generation, and follow-up. Girl Experience & Retail Sales Support - Part Time - Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, San Luis Obispo, Castroville

The Girl Experience and Retail Sales Support is responsible for delivering Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) programs and accountable for retail functions at a location within the council. They will support program enrichment and delivery, membership growth and retention, volunteer, and customer engagement. The GES will also serve the retail function at a Program Center or Retail location for both internal and external customer base. Learn more.
