Recruitment Specialist

The Outside Recruiting Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to increase awareness and participation in Girl Scouting through a variety of in-person meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities with community organizations, corporations, schools, educators, faith-based intuitions and other community constituents. She/he is responsible for securing girl and adult volunteer participation and community partnerships through community cultivation, lead generation, and follow-up. She/he champions efforts related to council strategic priorities, and is accountable for ensuring that these strategies and plans are consistent with the philosophy of Girl Scouting. She/he works cross-functionally to meet membership retention goals as well.   Learn more.

Volunteer Support Manager

The Volunteer Support Manager is responsible for managing and retaining adult volunteers and girl members in an assigned program, grade-level area by providing mentoring, developing and delivering resources, and developing and maintaining partnerships to assist volunteers in their work with girls. This position works collaboratively with members of the Regional Volunteer Support Managers, as well as cross-functionally with other departments to ensure achievement of council goals.  Learn more.

Retail Sales Support - Part Time - San Luis Obispo Location

The Retail Sales Support position has the responsibility and accountability for retail functions at a location in the council. Will also provide phone support as needed. Provide resources through great customer service for both internal and external customer base.  Learn more.
