Resilient, Ready, Strong helps Girl Scouts build emotional awareness,
confidence, and coping skills to handle life’s challenges. Through
reflective discussions, creative expression, and movement-based
activities, girls learn to recognize and express their feelings, develop
healthy habits for managing stress, and practice empathy and support for
others. The program promotes inner strength, self-care, and community
connection, empowering girls to face challenges with courage and optimism.
