This patch program has been designed to educate the participants on the
complexities and realities of human trafficking, including forced
begging and sexual exploitation. Through age-appropriate activities and
guided discussions, Girl Scouts learn to identify signs of trafficking,
understand the socio-economic factors that contribute to it, and explore
ways to help victims and prevent future incidents, all within a
supportive community framework.
