Junior/Ambassador Safety Workshop
Duration: 1 Hour (Juniors) / 2 Hours (Ambassadors)
Juniors will investigate real-life safety scenarios, from
conducting home safety audits to learning bicycle and trail safety.
They'll practice how to evacuate in an emergency and talk through
smart ways to prevent accidents during outdoor adventures.
Ambassadors will begin their session exploring personal safety in relationships, internet safety, and mentoring skills. They’ll also organize mini-discussions and role-playing games on safety topics. In the second hour, Ambassadors will step into leadership roles by coaching Juniors through their activities and modeling safe, responsible behavior.
Ambassador: 3:30p-5:30p
