Join volunteers from the Santa Barbara Audubon Society to learn all about birding with your sister Girl Scouts! No previous experience is required. This program will cover tips on how to make a good observation of birds, how to listen, spot, identify birds and record birds that live at Lake Los Carneros. After working up an appetite bird watching we will enjoy a picnic lunch in the park!
This event is outdoors, wear comfortable layered clothing, closed toe shoes suitable for walking and sun protection. Bring a reusable water bottle and pack a lunch and a blanket if you want to join us for a picnic lunch after the program from 11pm - 12pm.
