KALEIDOSCOPE 2010 is blasting into the atmosphere on Friday, April 30th through Sunday, May 2nd, 2010 in Santa Barbara County!
All Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors, come and venture into the beyond! Test your skills in skills challenges! Face the infinity of swapping! Travel through the galaxy of workshops to defeat the evil forces of boredom! Return to your flying saucer for eating, and camping! Encounter new species from all over the galaxy! Go to the Space Cafe for entertainment, singing, shopping, and total awesomeness!
What’s Kaleidoscope?
Kaleidoscope is a 2,000-person Girl Scout weekend camporee that takes place in Santa Barbara County every two years. K2010 is already shaping up to be a great time filled with fun, sharing, new experiences and challenges. Kaleidoscope is possible because of the dedication and hard work of a large group of volunteers who call themselves the Kaleidoscope Steering Committee and over 300 adult volunteers who attend the event both with and without troops.

Who can attend Kaleidoscope?
Kaleidoscope is a weekend geared to Girl Scouts in 4th through 12th grades with prior camping experience. It is a progressive step in the Girl Scout program and something Girl Scout Daisy’s and Girl Scout Brownies can look forward to. Kaleidoscope is open to everyone in Girl Scouts of California’s Cental Coast!

In 2010, Kaleidoscope will again be in the Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County.
How much does it cost to attend?
The cost to attend is $50.00 per person.

Registration will open on our website in October, 2009. Kaleidoscope will be listed under Resources/Events on the GSCCC website.
