Exclusive Girl Scout Program at the Winchester Mystery House
Troop Leaders, your scouts can earn badges while discovering one of the most bizarre legends in California history… the Winchester Mystery House! Your troop will take a fun and educational trip back in time as they tour through Sarah Winchester’s 160-room Victorian mansion and hear the story of how she kept workmen building 24 hours a day for 38 years. Along with the beautiful architecture, priceless stained glass, and ornate woodwork are the numerous occurrences of the number thirteen, as well as building oddities such as a staircase to the ceiling and doors to nowhere.
