Come join fellow Daisies for a day made just for you at the Santa Barbara Zoo!
Daisies will work alongside the Santa Barbara Zoo Education Team to complete the 5 Flowers, 4 Stories, 3 Cheers for Animals Journey!
Daisy Girl Scouts will experience a journey like never before!
In a real-world setting, Daisies will learn:
- Daisies will learn: animals need care, I need care, I can do
both!
- Daisies will learn how to use their new
knowledge and creativity to teach others how to care for
animals!
- Daisies will gain courage and confidence in
teaching others about animal care!
ALL participants must wear closed-toe shoes! Sunscreen and hats are recommended!
After the program, participants are welcome to explore the zoo!
Parking is included in the program fee.
Troop leader or adult chaperone is required to have all travelingforms for each participating girl. (Annual Permission Form, Health History, Permission for Medication, Permission to Release) Forms can be downloaded from the council website here. Review specific event requirements in Safety Activity Checkpoints before taking any trip. All drivers should be registered Girl Scout Members, have completed a volunteer application and background check, have a valid CA driver’s license and hold current vehicle insurance.
