Make An Impact Art Workshop (J/C/S)

A picture is worth a thousand words. Girls will learn how art can be used to inspire change. Girls will create their own work of art that makes a statement about something important to them.

 

The workshop is led by an experienced Monterey Museum or Art education program docent.

This event is indoors. Please wear an old shirt you won't mind getting paint on. Please wear clothes without long floppy sleeves, hair ties back, and closed toe shoes. 

 

Troop leader or adult chaperone is required to have all traveling forms for each participating girl. (Annual Permission Form, Health History, Permission for Medication, Permission to Release) Forms can be downloaded from the council website www.girlscoutsccc.org/forms Review specific event requirements in Safety Activity Checkpoints before taking any trip.  All drivers should be registered Girl Scout Members, have completed a volunteer application and background check, have a valid CA driver’s license and hold current vehicle insurance.
