Girls are led by Museum staff on a pathway of discovery through a
series of hands-on experiments and observations as you study the rich
and diverse Natural History of Planet Earth and earn the Legacy Badge
for your age level (each level has a separate registration
link!)
· Brownie: Bugs badge
· Junior: Flower badge
· Cadette: Trees badge
Dress in layers and wear closed toe shoes. Refillable water bottles.
*NOTE: A minimum of 15 registrants for each age level is required to
hold that levels workshop.
Additional attendance options:
- Adults, not attending as a troop chaperone walk-up fee:
$8.00
- Child tag-a-longs walk-up fee: $5.00
*Only troop leaders need to register*
Troop leader or adult chaperone is required to have all traveling forms for each participating girl. Annual Permission Form, Health History, Permission for Medication, Permission to Release) Forms can be downloaded from the council website here. Review specific event requirements in Safety Activity Checkpoints before taking any trip. All drivers should be registered Girl Scout Members, have completed a volunteer application and background check, have a valid CA driver’s license and hold current vehicle insurance.
